4:37PM - Had to post this here.
In honor of this, I'm taking a look back at high school through the years...
( Four years...good gracious.Collapse )
My head's actually hurting from trying to remember everything about the last four years...it's been a trip.
I'll be a mess tomorrow, I know it.
OCHSA fuckers, I love you all.

Hurrah for sleeping in! I slept until 10:30 this morning, which is quite late for me, but I felt like a wreck afterwards, ah well. We all bummed a bit, played video games and then we went to the movie theatre to see "Down With Love" which I actually enjoyed. Yes, it was campy, yes, it was dorky, but the look of it was marvelous, so yay for that. Now I want some chocolate *snickers* (go see the movie)
Anyways, afterwards we all went to a fabulous restaurant by the name of Buca di Beppo which everybody in the world must go to immediately because it's the most slinkster restaurant EVER. The waiters were all wonderful, even though they spilled water all over Sir and got our check mixed up..but it's a great place, so that was nice. Sir bought me a few camera bags for Marguerite (my photo guy wasn't there, que lastima!) and some bobby pins and we malled around a bit...then of course there was the movie store. I picked "It Happened One Night" with Clark Gable and Claudette Colbert which I've never seen but meant to...and now here we are. And a special thanks to Stephanie for being so sweet *winks*
( Yet another survey, from the other jane I believeCollapse )

Bloody hell, I'm tired...but let's update this thing, shall we? The Gatsby shindig was a wee bit dull, but the music was fabulous. I kept hitting people with my pearls *snickers* I mostly stuffed my face with teensy sandwiches and told Stacey and Esther about my plan to be a crazy old lady in a gingerbread house with a shotgun and 50 cats. But I believe the highlight/horror of the party was a certain teacher's see-through white dress, a sight which will take some intense therapy for several years to erase. If that. *shudders* Math's fucking ridiculous, why any teacher would bother trying to bore knowledge into our scatterbrained heads this late into the year is beyond me. And I completely blocked out history and conservatory.
Miss Samantha is better I guess. She didn't bitch at anyone anyways, when I was there. Mother's stil whining about Mother's Day, according to Dri. Eck.
Nothing much else to add...I'm *not* going to prom, so Dri, Nicol and I will probably see "Down With Love"; even though Miss Zellweger makes me want to upchuck, I like the look of it, plus Ewan is tasty. :) I'm out.
Love and cloche hats,

The Great Gatsy soiree is tomorrow! I'm going to be a rockin' Roaring Twenties socialite. Oh yeah. Maybe I'll post pics.
Nothing much is new. My quiz was met with mixed reactions from those mentioned. Wester still thinks he's not a drama queen, Stephanie loved it, but she got somebody else, and Gropper claims he's NOT a prick. Ha. Marty enjoyed it, and I'm glad, my lovemuffin.
I need fooood....*weeps*

I'm babysitting Austin right now. He's so damn cute. Whiny at times, but way cute. He's playing Spyro and "kicking the bad guy's butt". Groovy kid.
School today was ridiculously ordinary. Although we had a sub in English, which was frickin' marvelous. Math was hella boring, and History is kinda depressing because I'm basically invisible. In conservatory we were all getting ready for the recital on Saturday. My piece sucks. Or maybe it's just me. I'm SO not ready for this. Ehh...It's going to be a loooooong night. And I don't know what to wear, dammit. Maybe I can talk mother into buying me a new dress.
Sadie's trying to kill Wednesday. Poor baby.
Randomness: Rufus Wainwright is coming out with a third album in the fall! I'm so happy! Yanko heard me "beep" for the first time and he was muy impressed. Sadie's eating her bed now. "Weetzie Bat" is going to be a movie! But everybody already knew that. I'm still excited. Miss Samantha is still missing. She's been gone for about three nights now. Crazy girl. If anybody sees a slightly cocky looking face on a milk carton, that's her.

I don't like Quizilla. It doesn't respond to my every whim. Damn slow Internet connection; it's my fault, really.
School's the norm, Lit & Comp is pissing me off, I'm sleeping through math with my eyes wide open, History's laughable and depressing, Chemistry is average TA work, Photo is coming back together (Marguerite is a real pal), Body Conditioning is half torture half totally relaxing as always, and conservatory is driving me batty. Especially with the recital on Saturday. We're working our asses off and nobody's going to go, not to ours anyways. Bastards.
Quizilla's working again. Thank God.
Oops, spoke to soon, dammit.
Saw "Metropolis" last night...now that's one weird-ass movie. But I quite enjoyed it (even though I was starting to doze at the end). I enjoyed the she-robot quite a bit. She was freaky. And the whorehouse was interesting too, hehe.
Which Christopher Guest character are you?
brought to you by Quizilla
Haha, I'm Corky..."I hate you and your ASS FACE!"
Not much more to add...I'm waiting for American Idol to come on...YES I ADMIT IT! I'M AN AMERICAN IDOL JUNKIE! HA HA!

4:31PM - Sunnnnday Morning....
( Another Standard Survey, stolen from Miss LuuCollapse )
We saw X2 today, which I liked very much. Then we went to Acapulco's to eat unhealthy food and then Sir and I went to the photo place at the mall to buy photo paper. The photo guy was lovely. Kinda ordinary looking but with wide curious eyes and a polite smile. *swoon* I need to stop doing this. It's like the angel grocery boy. I'll only torture myself because I'm never going to see him again. Except I got to because we bought the wrong paper and had to go back. *grins slyly*
Love and cutesy photo guys,

11:24PM - *sigh*
I hate the fact that I have to keep such a constant grip on myself...if I let go for a second it all unravels and it's so exhausting. If I seem freakishly chipper it's because I'm trying very very hard.
We took a test in Spicer's last Friday to find out if we were a romantic or a realist. I was a realist, and she said she wasn't surprised (bitch, like you even know me). What she didn't know was that being a Romantic made me a realist. It was killing me.
Enough of that. I'm not loosening my hold.
Today we bummed around the house (we is Dri, Nicol and myself) until Sir got home. We went to lunch at Applebee's (Dri screamed and people stared) and did the usual nothing. And rented movies. Saw X-Men, so we'll be all cued up when we see the sequel tomorrow. I love going to the movies. Oh, and we went yesterday so Sir and Nicol could see A Mighty Wind. Good stuff. Yup......*grumbles* I still feel sick and weak.
Oh, M.S. wanted my number. I don't know why I gave it to him. But if this crazy shit starts all over again I'm throwing in the towel.
I find that I get depressed most when I'm up late at the computer, reminds me of....but that ship has sailed. And I don't blame him in the slightest. I'm over it.

I feel like shit.
Anyways, today was nothing much. Testing in the morning...got finished early and the class voted to watch "Center Stage" instead of "West Side Story" and for that they are all going to hell.
Chemistry is when I started to feel sick.
Photography was the peak of it all...now my project is late and I'm grumpy. Tried calling all sorts of crazy numbers and only one got through. That was during Body Conditioning. Then I went home and abandoned Useless Will.
Dri just called. *smiles*
So, yeah, now I'm here. At mother's. I'm supposed to be lying down with a blanket and some fruit. Haha.
Random thoughts: "Bling bling" is now an official word in the dictionary. And Ruben was in the bottom two in American Idol. What's the world coming to?
Oh, this really cheeses me off: the piano recital flyers say...
Aw, Dri got disconnected....she's back! Yay!
Anyways, the piano recital flyers say "Piano 1, Piano 2, and ADVANCED PIANO". What the hell? Yes, we know that Piano 3 is better than the rest of us, but gawd! Now it sounds like Piano 1 and 2 are just pathetic amateurs who managed to squeeze our way into the recital. Now NOBODY is going to come. Bastards. Ugh!

To whom it may concern, hello!
Well, nothing terribly interesting to say about today. The big events were having my left thumb sliced open by an apple juice can and Sadie peeing on me. She literally crawled into my lap to pee. Damn dog. That was my favorite dress.
We're doing STAR testing this week at school, which is absolutely ridiculous. It was fun though...between tests Pat, Christian, Cat and I played the scribble game, in which we'd draw a scribble and somebody had to turn it into a picture. Christian and Pat's "Pope-with-sun-behind-him" was pretty bogus in my opinion.
My #1 worry right now is the recital. This is probably the least prepared I've ever been. I don't trust myself. But I still have a few weeks. If only that cursed cadenza would stay in my head.
I take that back. My #1 worry is the photo project. Which I have to shoot, damn it all. Marguerite had better come through.
I watched "West Side Story" last night. I've seen it a million times but it's still one of the few movies that I can't help but cry in every single time. The other one is "Iron Giant". Yes, it's a cartoon about a giant robot. Shut up.
Funny note...apparently the comic strip "Get Fuzzy" had one where the guy was wearing a shirt from my school. I didn't realize we were that well-known. Ha ha ha.
I'm babysitting Austin. He's watching Rocket Power. I hate that show.
( For the Survey junkie in me...Collapse )
